The Services are intended for licensed life insurance professionals and businesses. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and, where required, properly licensed to conduct the insurance activities for which you seek support.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, booking consultations, or purchasing. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable marketing and telemarketing laws.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or another user’s use.

ThriveViral uses AI to engage leads, follow up, and schedule appointments on behalf of our clients. AI-generated content and conversations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving campaigns and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable consent, telemarketing, and privacy laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar regulations.

The Services are delivered in part through the AssignX platform and may integrate with third-party CRMs, calendars, and payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party platforms, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Monthly platform plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance until canceled. One-time implementation packages are charged once and do not automatically include a recurring subscription unless expressly stated. Applicable usage fees, third-party charges, and platform fees may apply. All charges are displayed before checkout. You authorize us to bill the payment method you provide through our connected payment provider.

ThriveViral provides tools and services to support lead engagement, follow-up, and scheduling. We do not guarantee any specific number of policies, appointments, revenue, or business outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, market, and compliance with applicable laws.

All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Services, including the ThriveViral name and logo, are our property or used with permission and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications. Marketing emails and automated calls or text messages are sent only with your express, separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveViral and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold ThriveViral harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
